About 6 months ago I bought a vehicle and it took another service manager to take care of this problem . The key fob they gave me with the vehicle was not the right one. So It had problems unlocking and starting the car. So James the new manager was great He listened to what had been happening and told me to give him a few days , now the car will even start with the key fob. No more problems waiting 5 minutes to get in your vehicle. James you are a great manager like they should be understanding, listening, explaining and taking care of the problem. Also Joe at the service desk I think is new but things are looking better for him now that James is there. Keep up the great service guys.
Can’t say thank you enough to Shane Nance and Ben at Pogue Chevy for all of their help on our purchase of this awesome Trailblazer!! We had some hiccups along the way that drug out this process due to no fault of theirs and they were incredibly patient. They helped us find exactly what we wanted and our service was amazing!!
After having my car for 5 months, I got it back with a broken seat and the oil level was dangerously low. I tried to speak to someone and was told someone would call me back. They never did. The person I spoke with stated he didn't need my phone number, that after the amount of time they had my car they remembered me.....I have the forms of all that was supposedly done to my car one of which was rebuilding the oil pump, but no oil was on the forms as being replaced. I would have assumed that was just standard but apparently not as I found out while having my cars fluids checked before a trip just days after getting it back from Pogue. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Pogue and never had any complaints until I needed to utilize the service department. Sad.....
The service was prompt and pleasant. To kill time while our car was getting serviced they had plenty of coffee and inventory to look at. Overall very nice people to deal with
I was very pleased with Gauge who was my sales person. A very personable young man who seems to care about his customers. And I was very pleased with Shane the sales manager. He is very knowledgeable in his job and I appreciate his guidance. Two nice Christian men. Thanks to both of you
I was able to schedule my visit online instead of having to call. I was really impressed to find someone open on a Saturday. The waiting room with coffee, restrooms, and tv was very clean.
Would recommend Shane Nance and Gauge with your buying/trading experience on your next automobile purchase. Shane worked out a great deal for me on purchasing my vechile. He was straightforward and to the point and took the time to explain the package deal. Gauge set up my Apple play and On Star for me. Both worked as a team together to get the job done. Both are great sales and finance reps.
Excellent experience. Staff was professional, courteous and friendly. Picked up a leased vehicle and was treated very well. Will recommend and return.
